Oil Of The Week:

I've been  wanting to do this for a while and now her it is.

Every week ill be talking about an essential oil and then having this oil on special on our website. Enjoy!

Lemongrass Essential Oil

Used for years in Asian cuisine to flovour soups, teas, curries and seafood and with it's strong citrus scent this is an amazing aromatic oil.

When using this oil in your home it will help uplift the mood and invigorate your senses. Perfect to use as an insect repellant. I like to make my Beeswax t-light candles and scenting them with Lemongrass over Summer to help keep the mosquitoes away. Add a little of Rosemary for added punch.

1. Lemongrass has very strong antibacterial properties.

2. Antifungal properties.

3. Anti Inflammatory properties.

4. Antioxidant properties.

Use Lemongrass in aromatherapy, add a few drops to a diffuser or an oil burner and relax.

Blends well with:

Peppermint, Eucalyptus , Rosemary, Lavender, Geranium & Cedar wood.
